Sustainability

Nothing Purpose-Felled, Nothing Wasted

Our sustainability approach rests on two commitments: sourcing timber against FSC-aligned forestry standards, and converting sawmill residue — the sawdust, shavings, and offcuts that would otherwise be discarded — into the bioenergy products in our catalogue rather than sending them to landfill or burning them without recovery.

Our Approach

Sustainability, Built Into the Supply Chain

FSC-Aligned Sourcing

Timber tracked back to its sawmill of origin, sourced against FSC-aligned forestry management standards, with documentation available for your compliance team.

Waste-to-Bioenergy

Sawdust and offcuts from our own sawn timber production are pressed into briquettes and pellets — nothing purpose-felled just to make fuel.

Responsible Forest Management

Our partner sawmills source from managed forestry operations that prioritize replanting and long-term yield over short-term extraction.

Lower-Emission Fuel

Wood-based bioenergy displaces higher-emission fossil fuels in the heating and industrial applications our customers use it for.

Why It Matters

Compliance You Can Document

Buyers in the EU and beyond increasingly need to demonstrate that their timber supply chain meets deforestation-regulation and sustainable-sourcing requirements. We prepare the documentation to support that — species, origin, and chain-of-custody information travel with every order, so your compliance team isn’t starting from zero.
