HOLOVNE WOOD, LLC was registered on 2 August 2021 (USREOU 44217513) in Kharkiv, Ukraine — a region with a long-standing timber processing tradition, sitting at a natural crossroads for road and rail freight into the European Union and beyond. We were built on a simple premise: that a single, accountable export company could coordinate multiple independent sawmills into one consistent supply chain, rather than leaving international buyers to negotiate with each mill separately.

Two Checks, Not One
Every order passes through a two-step verification process: an intake inspection at the point of production, confirming species, dimensions, and moisture content against the order specification, and a pre-shipment inspection at loading, confirming the count, packaging, and condition of the exact goods being containerized. Both checks are documented and available to the buyer on request — so what’s on the packing list is what’s actually in the container.
